Tim is a former Dartmouth track and field standout and Ivy League Champion in the decathlon, later qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Trials. He went on to coach Dartmouth’s track & field and cross-country programs, guiding athletes to conference titles and national competition. With experience as both a student-athlete and Division I coach, Tim helps student-athletes understand how to stand out as individuals in a team-driven recruiting landscape.

Henry was a 7-time Maine state champion before competing at Dartmouth, where he earned 4x All-Ivy honors and captained both track and cross-country teams. After college, he co-founded New England Distance, mentoring youth athletes while pursuing his own running career, highlighted by qualifying for the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Marathon Trials. Henry now guides student-athletes with a mentorship philosophy rooted in trust and empowerment.
